Will my bow arrive in good condition?

Your bow will be secured to prevent movement in a 200 lb test box. The box can be turned upside-down and your bow will remain safe in its secured place. We insure each package for loss or damage.

How long will it take to have my bow delivered?

We ship Priority mail to the Continental United States. *Expect delivery in 3-7 days. We ship priority mail to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. *Expect delivery in 6-10 days. For faster delivery please contact us for shipping rates. We hand make and ship your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are totaled as you add items to the shopping cart. The cost depends on the items chosen and the location.

Our 15" 20", 24" and 28" giant bows are $10.95 each to ship via Ground Service to the Continental United States. Each of these bows are packed and shipped in their own carton. The cost for Hawaii is $42.90, to Alaska $42.90 and to Canada $29.95

The shipping costs on our 10" and 12" bows depend on the quantity ordered. Shipping cost in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) for 1 bow is $5.95 and for 2 bows $9.95. There is a substantial savings when purchasing (3-8) 10" and/or 12" bows, which cost a total of $10.95 ($42.90 in Hawaii and $42.90 in Alaska) to ship. Our 12" Bows cost $24.95 to ship to Canada with a large savings of up to 8 bows for a cost of $29.95.

Shipping is included (United States only) in the price of our 8" Pull Bows. Several bows can be shipped in a envelope and sent "First Class Mail". For larger quantities a shipping carton is use. Canadian orders please contact us for shipping rates.

Can I order by phone?

Yes! Please call 1-901-385-8108 Monday -Saturday 10:00am-8:00pm central time. Sorry no phone orders on Sundays.

Can I choose my own bow colors?

Yes! Choose your car bow in any single color or any 2 or 3 color combinations. Simply choose the Custom Order Your Bow Here icon and you will be allowed to choose your colors. There is no extra charge for this feature.

Do I have to use Pay Pal to make my purchase?

You may use Pay Pal if you choose to. You may also choose to use your Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diner's Club or Discover Card.

How do you attach the bow?

Each bow has a soft suction cup that will not scratch. There are also two soft ties which may be used to secure the bow to a variety of places. There are also a removable adhesive strip.

Can I hang the bow outdoors?

The bow can be used indoor or outdoor. The bow will wear out much sooner outdoors; however, they can last for months. After harsh weather, you may need to fluff your bow. Direct sunlight can fade your bow usually around 3 months.

What is the ribbon made of?

We use Fabric Embossed Floral Type Ribbon: Ribbon embossed with a woven pattern to give it a fabric look. Waterproof and spill resistant for indoor and outdoor display.
