Because of the nature of our product, and the fact that we custom make your bow when ordered, we do not accept returns for refunds. You will receive your bow in great condition, full and fluffy without defects and free from damage in shipping.

In the unlikely event your bow should be defective, we will send a replacement (using the exact original order).

If your bow is damaged in shipping, just contact us and we will replace your bow (using the exact original order).
